Groom Cries When His Bride Comes Down The Aisle
In a year full of uncertainty, it was a breath of fresh air to celebrate Katie and Joe’s wedding on the original date planned and at the originally planned ceremony site. It wouldn’t be a pandemic wedding though without some adjustments, and while the reception venue may not have been the original location, it was definitely worth the move! They moved the reception just outside of Cape Cod.
Katie and Joe were the first couple to exchange vows at the beautiful St. Patrick’s Church in Wareham since the pandemic began…making history day one of marriage! Following the ceremony we headed over to East Over Farm in Rochester for a dreamy sunset photo session in the tall grass (complete with grasshoppers and spiders in tule)with a Cape Cod forest vibe. Once photos wrapped up everyone headed over to Joe’s brother’s house for an amazing backyard reception. Katie and Joe shared their first dance as a married couple and then surprise!! Katie and her father tore up the dance floor with a choreographed father-daughter dance! There are too many special moments and memories to recount!
There was so much love all around and it was truly an honor to be able to capture your commitment as a couple in the company of all those you love and hold dear. September 12, 2020 was a beautiful day and it will always be your day!
